We eat here quit a few times when we're down for winter. Best fish restaurant around. !! Never been disappointed. Had the cod and the shrimp both, delicious. !! Best fries and onion rings around.

This is one of my favorite restaurants for seafood. It never disappoints! However, the kitchen staff do not wear mask. I try to only eat at restaurants that have a strict mask policy. Wearing a mask around your neck or under your nose does not count. I'm afraid I will have to wait to eat here until after the pandemic is over. Really disappointed.

Recent visits, the dinners were much smaller than past visits. We were disappointed. Twice now our Friday visits were a very small amount of shrimps & scallops. Guess we won't be eating at the Whales Tale anymore. Sad!!

Our favorite place for fish in Mt Dora. We have always had a great meal, prompt, friendly service, and great prices! We highly recommend them!
