The food truck where I used to frequent in the South Semoran area serves a variety of delicious dishes, with the pinchos being the standout item. The owner is friendly, speaks English well, and is willing to answer any questions about the menu. Located at the corner of Pershing Avenue and Semoran, across from Super Oriental Buffet, this food trailer is definitely worth a visit for those looking to try some tasty pinchos.
