During a conference stay, I accidentally ordered pizza from the wrong Giovanni's location but the managers were super helpful and even refunded my order without hassle. Since then, I've had amazing experiences with their pizzas, like the meat lovers and Hawaiian, plus the lasagna and meatball parm are absolutely delicious-definitely my new favorite spot for great food and friendly service.

During a recent conference visit, I stayed at Springhill Suites on Lake Nona Drive and had a mix-up with my pizza order from Giovanni's on Narcoossee. Unbeknownst to me, there were two Giovanni's locations in Lake Nona, leading to a slight hiccup in my dinner plans. Despite the confusion, the managers at both establishments were incredibly understanding and accommodating, ultimately ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
