I visited this eatery previously and wasn't impressed, but today was a different story thanks to Shawn's exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly and patient as I placed my order. The Tropichop with a lettuce base, chicken, peppers, onions, black beans, corn, and tomatoes was a satisfying and affordable lunch option. The meal included a generous portion of delicious chicken, seasoned rice, flavorful beans, and a bread roll, all for just $6.99. I particularly enjoyed the plantains, and while I could have skipped the yuca bites and empanadas, I will definitely consider returning to Pollo Tropical in the future for their budget-friendly and tasty offerings.
