My experience was an unpleasant one. It was my birthday and my husband and I were craving Chinese food but little did we know that over an hour later we would still be waiting as our delivery food was no where in site. Feeling very disrespected after having placed a $50,00 order and no apologies or explanations were offered we cancelled the order. Oddly enough they had the nerve to show up after an hour and a half even though we cancelled the order and offered no reason or even any discount. We said take your cold food away as we already ate cold cereal and had already gone to bed tired, dissapointed and hungry. For what was a milestone birthday all I had was lousy cold cereal. Can definitely say that they lost me and my husband as customers!
