During a recent quick lunch stop, I discovered an incredible spot for Cuban cuisine that exceeded my expectations. The oxtail was tender and flavorful, and the generous portions of black beans and rice made for a satisfying meal, all under ten dollars. To top it off, the fresh mango juice was refreshing and perfectly complemented the food, making it a memorable experience that I'll be eager to repeat.
