The golf staff provides excellent service and the course is maintained adequately for the price point. However, the bar and restaurant options are inconsistent with limited quality in service and staffing. It's advisable to bring your own refreshments to enhance your overall experience at the establishment.

02/21/2022 - Experience at the Golf course
My experience wasn't so great I went to play with a group of friends at this golf course. It was all of ours first time playing there at this nice golf course. We had about 3 groups playing so of course it was taking some time for all the groups to play. We were at the first hole when the starter came to say that he had received a complaint that we were taking too long at the first hole. We had just started to play then at about the fourth hole the starter comes back stating that we were still taking too long to play. The starter harassed us most of the time we were there playing. He never harassed any other players while we were there. We did not enjoy our first experience at the Southport Springs golf course. But overall, the golf course was nice.

Fitz has been the chef here for about a year and the food has been great ever since. There are a variety of nightly specials that make you want to come back every night. Shana is the new assistant manager who ensures the service is fast and friendly. Great full service bar tops off an enjoyable experience. We keep coming back for the food and the pleasant atmosphere.

if you haven't been here since Fitz took over you are missing a lot, the food is very good, the new staff is well qualified and cordial, prices are reasonable, overall a great experience. I highly recommend this restaurant/bar. I have lived in this community since 2008 and this is the best since, thank you

Very rude lady there named Michele talks about customers also rude to them. Our waitress was very good.

We have lived here 16 yrs. and the bar and restaurant is the worst we have had. New owners spent a lot of money on the club house but as the saying goes you can put lip stick on a pig but you still have s pig. The restaurant is horribly managed. You can never tell when they are open, what the food is going to be like nor how much it is going to cost.
Management is going to wonder why they are losing money someday.
