Quality, time and patience on the meats is required for good smoked food and Blackburn's has done it. The wings are a definite try.

By far my favorite BBQ in Polk County. Awesome homemade sauce, sides and the Brisket is my favorite.

I have ate there twice and shouldn't have went back after the first time but I figured every restaurant has its bad days. Both times I ate there my food was frozen and discusting. I don't see how they are still in business.
