I love the delicious food and friendly service at Don Pepe, especially the birria tacos!

This place is terrible! I placed an order on the phone the lady repeated the order to me. Took the order home and it was completely wrong. I called the restaurant to complain and tell them I would be bring the order back and expect to either have my money back or have the order replaced. I was then told by the representative that she took the order and that is the order that I placed. She then said she would speak to the manager. I explained to her that we do not eat beef due to our religion and why on earth would I order something I did not eat to begin with. She then stated maybe she made a mistake, She then stated that they would replace the order and to only bring back the parts what was incorrect. When we took the new order home we found chunks of beef inside the order again, they had just removed the beef and gave us back the same order. I then called them back and demanded my money back. Apon arrival the owner then states she was not here and this isn't her fault. She has no idea how to deal with or handle a situation where her customers are upset especially after your employee was aware of the religious preferences and fed us beef after I had specifically told them we did not eat beef. I got very sick after eating this food and finding out that they fed us beef. They have no respect for other religions. She then proceeded to say she was calling the cops on me. After I received my money back we left and then she proceeded to harass me and call my phone telling me never to step foot in her business ever again. As if I would ever come back to a place that is unprofessional and has no idea how to retain customers or treat people with respect.

This was by far the worst food that I have ever had at a restaurant and on top of that there was a very petite young lady who called herself a manager who was INCREDIBLY rude to my husband and I when we wanted to exchange (not refund) our plates for something else. She told us to never come back again... NO PROBLEM!

This place is a complete waste of money. The food was so bad we put it in the bin after a few bites. You can find better Mexican food in England!

Do not order from here! The food was HORRIBLE. The Korean taco's were like shoe leather. When I called to let them know the owner's daughter 1) gave a false name. She told me her name was Amanda, when her name is Antonella. 2) Asked me me "what would like us to do?". When I pay $32.00 for TACOS, I would like you to make food that is EDIBLE! Not give me an attitude!
