Charlenas has removed my review in which I gave all the details repeatedly. What does that say to you? Here's the condensed version. I often ordered from them, usually for delivery. This time the food was not good by any means and indeed it made me ill. I called the store and explained and asked for a refund The person I talked to apologized but said that that was a decision the manager would have to make and that the manager would call me. No call. A few days later I called again and explained my situation again and requested a refund. I was told that the manager would have to call me. Needless to say I never received a call from the manager and I never received a refund. I used to recommend Charlena's to people and order often, but never again. Tina Leonard

I wanted a cheese steak but in a salad form. Challenge accepted and a masterpiece was made. So yummy 😋

We live 1/2 mile from Charlene's and pizza has arrived twice Luke warm and undercooked. Also left out one extra ordered topping. I put the pizza in the oven to finish cooking. We will be looking for a new pizza delivery establishment.
