The food and service at Joe's Diner are consistently good, making it a reliable spot for a tasty and affordable breakfast. While the ambiance may not be anything to write home about, the delicious chicken biscuits and attentive staff make every visit enjoyable. Plus, the added convenience of drive-thru service is a bonus, especially during these times when safety is a top priority.

I attempted to call my order in this morning so that my husband could pick it up in the drive-thru. The person that answered placed asked me to hold on. The call was answered at 10:34, I am still holding and listening while she is checking out customers at the register. My husband is now in the driver thru waiting, I called and told him to tell the person at the drive thru to pick up the phone and take my order, she said they were busy inside. So no the drive thru person is attempting to take the order and when she repeated the order back THREE times, it was not right. I told him to drive off and forget it, I hung up. Now I am trying to call back to make my complaint, at 11:10, guess what? the phone is still off the hook! Now we eat here often, my daughter comes here daily before school for breakfast. I get that they are busy, especially on Saturdays, but phone ordering customers are spending as well as the customers on the inside!

My wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as soon as we walked in, we were treated as family and the Waitress that waited on us Tanya was so polite and friendly. we ordered our food and when she bought it out to us, we ate it and it was Awesome we advise anybody that wants good southern cooking it is the place to go to believe me you wont be sorry !!!!
