Just got home from my first time ordering or eating here. I watched the cook make my steak sandwich not wearing gloves or washing his hands. When he pulled the sandwich from the oven I saw that he was upset b/c he cooked it too long. The cashier boxed the sandwich and brought it to me. I opened the box and it Was burnt and hard.. I told her I could not eat it. She stated this is how they look but offered to remake it and did.... not wearing gloves while touching my food. She brought me the second sandwich and it looked good and told me to go ahead and take the burnt one too. She thanked me and was very nice. I decided not to eat the sandwich... flu season and unwashed hands making my food. $5.50 lost but lesson learned.
