During my visits to Montgomery, I always make sure to stop by Jack's Restaurant in Troy, Alabama, where I discovered an unforgettable fried chicken sandwich that exceeded all my expectations. Each time I indulge in their breakfast offerings, I am greeted with fresh, hot, and delicious meals accompanied by the warm hospitality of the staff. While my usual dining experience at fast food chains tends to be average, Jack's stands out with its southern classics and consistently satisfying service, making each visit worthwhile.

maaaan !!! that drive thru cashier has one of the best peronalities and attitudes that ive seen on a young lady. i would love to see more people with that attitude like hers.

This location is very unprofessional and their attitude is completely nasty. I've had orders several times that were not correct and when you call to complain no one answers the phone. They need to fire and hire all new employees. It's sad when the employees attitudes are so nasty that customers take their business somewhere else

There service is awful !!! The staff is extremely rude and this opinion is based on many visits. Out of 30 visit for breakfast they got the order wrong or left something out 16 times! Thats acceptable!!!!! I use to go there every morning for breakfast now i travel 3 miles out of my way to the store on the bypass who have never got it wrong and have a friendly staff.

Based on the TV advertisement for two cheese burgers, fries, and a drink, I went to the Atlanta Highway location and made a drive-through purchase. When I got home I opened the bag expecting to see what I had seen on TV. I was very disappointed, The burgers looked about I/4th the as thick as the ones on TV. And the other ingredients were very sparse. Needless to say, I have not been back.
