The quality and flavor at Dig consistently impress me, especially the apple kale salad, broiled salmon, and perfectly roasted veggies like broccoli and carrots. Their cornbread rivals my own family recipe, and with fast, friendly service plus great $4 lagers, it's a fantastic choice for a satisfying, healthy meal any day of the week.

The food at Dig is amazing, with a wide variety of veggies that taste like they're made from scratch. The cornbread is comparable to my own recipe from Tennessee, and the $4 lagers are a steal. The Prince St. NYC location is fantastic, with delicious food and incredibly friendly staff.
