The service here is fantastic-when I mentioned I'd be sharing my shake, the cashier swooped in with two straws like a superhero, and the cozy, clean vibe makes it a fun outing for my kids and me. We love experimenting with all the delicious flavors, and while I was a little bummed about the tapioca bubbles being out, the popping boba and fresh toppings still made for a scrumptious treat!

The customer service at this shake shop is exceptional; the cashier anticipated my need for two straws without me having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, making it a great place for taking my kids for a treat. The staff, particularly Allie/Ally, goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, even accommodating us just before closing time.
