Had dinner at Patti’s on 11/4/2021, was so excited to go. I like to have my salad before entree is served, waiter served salad, pork chop & baked potato at the same time. After finishing my salad I started on my Pork Chop and Baked Potato, you guessed it COLD. Asked waiter if he could take back to kitchen and have them warm my food, he agreed that it should not have been served that way and took food back to kitchen. After a few minutes he served us again, food was still COLD. Manager walked thru our dining area and asked tables around us how their dinner was, just happened to skip our table. I am not one to make a scene or complain, paid our Bill and left. Our server said kitchen staff told him to go ahead and serve everything together, threw his co-workers under the bus. Just so disappointed, atmosphere was very nice just a cold dinner for $60.00. This is the first time in my life I have written a review or complained about a meal, so for me to do this shows how disappointed we were. I should not have tipped server, just not in my nature to slight the server, but it would have been justified. Just ask that you go over this with your staff.
