Get to the Hillbilly Grill early if you want a table - it's a popular spot, especially on weekends. I tried the patty melt and it was absolutely delicious, definitely worth the visit. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience at this cozy breakfast spot in West Jefferson.

Food was decent enough. The two waitresses were struggling to keep up, but they were hustling. Not their fault. IHOP food but not overpriced. Kicker was the Admin. fee they tacked on the bill when paying my bill. When questioned, the cashier pointed to the business card sized sign on the counter stating said charges/policy. Shady. Will now make it my policy to never return.

Have eaten at Hillbilly grill many times. Food is always excellent. Ample servings. I love the quaint dining room and friendly atmosphere. A must visit for the best breakfast in West Jefferson. And friendly service

Wife and I had the Hamburger Steak with mashed potatoes and cold slaw.
Everything was what we were hoping, very good home style food. Prices were fine.
Breakfast has lots of choices and would really like to try sometime.
Will drop back in again when in the area
