Waited over an hour for my food, and after waiting tried to get a refund and they said for me to go to the back of a very long line for my refund. Owner does not value customer service and was very unprofessional. I never received my money back.

I have always have very friendly, prompt service and the food is always good. Not to mention the best margaritas in Collierville! Like this place way better than El Porton.
