The new Soul Food Restaurant in OS offers a delicious chicken and waffles dish paired with flavorful Mac and Cheese and Collards. While the service was a bit slow on their second day of operation, the waffle was excellent, with a slightly darker hue than expected but a perfect flavor. The chicken was cooked to perfection, likely in a skillet, and the Collards and Mac and Cheese were above average, making it worth a visit despite the initial minor drawbacks.
