The food and service were outstanding, particularly with the pretzel and cheese, which featured a perfect blend of crispy outer shell and soft center. Brian, the chef, exemplified friendliness and efficiency, enhancing the dining experience despite the cafí© being short-staffed. My grilled filet was tender and flavorful, although it took a couple of tries to achieve my preferred level of doneness, and the salad was fresh with a nice variety of ingredients.
