Waited over an hour in drive thru

Went to Popeyes drive thru on several occasions on received very slow service and missing items from order, but on January 25th, I ordered at the drive thru at the same Popeyes as usual and my order was ready as I approached the window and the lady at the window named Shalese just had such a humble smile and personality. The kind that makes a day feel positive. This was the North Olmsted store. Store #11805
