Lotus Garden in Bloomington was a true sanctuary for my family and me last night. After a long journey through snow and traffic, we were in dire need of a comforting meal, and Lotus Garden exceeded our expectations. We indulged in a feast of dumplings, spring rolls, green beans, sesame chicken, and chicken lo mien, with the latter surprising me with its exceptional taste. Despite the lack of extensive reviews, I was thoroughly impressed and grateful for the warm service and delicious food that kept us fueled during the storm.
