The tortas at Galindo's are incredibly large and flavorful, with options like the California chicken torta and the Acapulco torta featuring pork, mushrooms, and Oaxacan cheese, all served with perfectly fried French fries and excellent guacamole. The service is consistently quick and friendly across both locations and the food truck, making it a reliable choice for authentic Mexican cuisine with generous portions and a variety of delicious dishes including their signature tacos and sopa de fideo.

First time here. Son's birthday so we ordered 4 orders. My Sante Fe chicken burrito is simply outstanding.
The other meals were given high praise. This place is 11 miles from home but won't be the last time coming here. Well done!!!
