We tried Gauchos for a Friday lunch a few months ago, and the food exceeded my expectations with fresh, well-cooked meats and an extensive salad bar that offered a variety of delicious options like mushroom risotto and lobster soup. The service was generally good, though there was an awkward moment when a server dropped a knife near me without apologizing, and at times we felt a bit pressured to accept more meat even after politely declining. Despite the excellent quality and enjoyable atmosphere, the meal was quite expensive, and since we don't eat out like this often, we probably won't make it a regular outing.

My experience at Gauchos was overall positive. The food was delicious and the salad bar was extensive with many options to choose from. While there was a small incident with a server, the quality of the food and service made up for it.

Always a good meal
