Good food and great service.

The food was well prepared with quality ingredients. We sat at the bar and got great service. However, I was disappointed with the ribeye steak. It was more like a wide strip steak with no spinalis or complexus muscles, probably cut from the small end of the rib. I'm a chef, I know the difference and I want the full ribeye. I suggest using that cut for something else in a daily special; shaved steak sandwich (Philly), fajitas or a steak quesadilla.
