During a road trip to the UPRR Museum in Council Bluffs, my dad and I stopped in Neola for lunch and discovered a small local chain known for its warm atmosphere and creative burger options like the Swamp Donkey and Brunch Burger. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with standout items including sweetcorn nuggets, rib tips, and fried bread pudding, complemented by friendly service and reasonable prices.

Stopped by Buck Snort in Neola for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious burgers and generous portions. The Swamp Donkey Burger with brisket and onion rings was a standout, and the sweet potato fries were a must-try. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made for a great dining experience, perfect for a pit stop during a road trip through rural Iowa.
