Use to be our favorite place until now. Took our son and daughter-in-law and their three kids for a birthday meal. The 18 mo old spilled his mothers drink. It was all over the table and went onto the floor. My feet were in the mess and my purse was covered with pop. The waitress acted like she didn't know what to do. We asked for something to wipe the table and she gave us a towel which didn't begin to wipe the mess on the table. We had to ask for more and she brought us a handful of napkins. We then had to ask for someone to clean the floor because there was standing pop on it. A guy came with a mop and he didn't look to happy to be cleaning it up. On top of everything else, they added an 18% gratuity to the bill. I've heard of this for large parties but not for a party of four adults and three children under 6. I've seen adults in other restaurants spill things before and waiters rushed over to help, but not here. They acted like it was a bother to them. We had to get the attention of the waitress if we needed anything and they didn't even offer us refills. There are too many pizza places around. Probably won't be back.
