The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and very good food. Since their reopening, I have not encountered any issues. My family and I moved from Oregon to Florida and have been missing our go-to restaurants, Rosa's in Florence and El Trio Loco in Gearhart. Tonight, we were impressed by the Chile Colorado, with quality meat and flavor. Our waitress, Sara, was very sweet, making our dining experience even better. It was a nice stop on our trip to Missouri, with quick service, delicious food, and fair prices. I enjoyed the steak fajita, while my dad had the tostadas. If you're unsure of what to order, definitely try the fajitas. This restaurant is slightly above your average Mexican eatery, offering unique flavors and dishes. We have visited several times and today, my husband enjoyed the chili Colorado. The chicken had great flavor, and even though I didn't love the beans, they had a good taste. Overall, the food was fantastic, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and the service for our party of 10 was fast and polite. We will definitely return next time we visit Honey Creek resort.
