While driving through Story City, IA, I stopped to try the authentic Mexican cuisine and was impressed by the generous homemade chips and salsa served with attentive, friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of flavorful dishes like chicken fajitas, carnitas, and tacos de carne asada, all made fresh with quality ingredients and satisfying portions. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for anyone craving delicious Mexican food with great value and excellent service.

While driving home to MN, we made a pit stop off the highway at Los Altos Restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious homemade chips and salsa, which were generously portioned. The canitas and beef Barrio street tacos we ordered were flavorful and satisfying, especially without onions. The service was friendly and attentive, making it a great dining experience overall.

Eaten there quite a few times. Great food and different items on the menu . . and personnel are very friendly and helpful. Would suggest this place to eat to anyone.
