I discovered a Chipotle-inspired eatery that offers a variety of options including burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads. Their unique twist includes a flavorful tofusada alternative to sofritas. I enjoyed a bowl with rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, and jalapeños, finding the flavors to be excellent, although the guacamole was lacking. Despite some service hiccups, I appreciated the delicious, gluten-free meal at a good value and would return for another visit.
