This sushi joint in the Madison area seriously delivers fresh, generous pieces and killer lunch specials that won't break the bank. The vibe is chill with cool views of the sushi chefs in action, plus the staff is super friendly and attentive throughout the meal. While a few rolls were a mixed bag, the overall experience kept me coming back for more, especially with the wide variety of options and tasty hits like the Salmon Fire roll.

The sushi at Takara 88 is simply divine, with fresh and generously-sized fish in every roll. The lunch specials are a great deal, especially the sushi and sashimi lunch for $18.95. The service is exceptional, and the ambiance is inviting with a cool area to watch the sushi being expertly crafted.
