Meat was overcooked, burnt, and crunchy. Not authentic took forever to receive food.

I have been hungry for a GOOD gyro for 4 years finally found it. Found you on a fluke trip, live 250 miles away. Wish you were here!!!!!!!

We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru and there were only 3 cars ahead of us. When asked why it takes so long the person I assume is the owner got very defensive and said "everything here is made fresh if you don't like the wait go to McDonalds, people wait 45 minutes for my gyros." While I understand that making food fresh is the best way to go if its fresh off the bone like they say, it shouldn't take a half an hour to get an order. Although the gyros were good, they weren't any better than you can get anywhere else and don't have to wait so long for the food. I wouldn't go back, the customer service and wait time were not worth the end product.
