Generally much later than expected and food always needs to be reheated. One is advised to order something that lends itself to warming up in the microwave. For example you don't want lettuce on your burger and French fries are a bad idea.

2 hours later and my food comes lol never again will I use this sad excuse of a courier service!

I had to give them one star because you can't give them zero. We've ordered from them several times. Without fail, one of 3 things will happen;

1. Your order will arrive 45mins.(+) later than they promised.
2. Your order will be cold.
3. Your order will not be correct.

Tonight they out did themselves. We placed an order and they told us it would arrive one hour later. 2 hours later we called back. They said that the restaurant was closed for the holiday and that Cafe Courier had called us back to tell us that. We had been home the whole time. Never got a call.

Go pick it up yourself. You'll be much better off.

Very nice and friendly on the phone,professional on the phone. timely service. Very nice to have around when I am to lazy to cook
