It's a bummer to hear that our childhood haunt is gone; my dad loved it, and it was a regular spot for our family. The thin crust pizza with that hint of green olive was so addictively good, and the salad bar was always a treat too. I've got so many great memories from there, and I wish I could still grab a slice when I'm back in town.

I'm a Billings lifer and life- long Village Inn pizza eater. My favorite pizza of all time. This is fabulous flavor, quality ingredients, rich sauce on a bed of premium cooked crust. Rustic setting, great employees (especially "B") Basically a small-town pizzeria that carried its quality and atmosphere forward after at least 45-five of my living years. Plan ahead; very popular. Free tip: this is one of those, "where do the locals eat" moments.

They only pick up the phone to take a order when it's convenient for them. Otherwise they just let it ring whenever they are open.

A local fixture enjoying decades of loyal customers & generations of patrons, 47 years since we first ate there. For overall good food & local tradition, we recommend you try and/or patronize the Inn. Like many, we've been to countless US restaurants & diners from 5 Star International Cuisine in very large cities to Mom & Pop shops, have experienced every type of service/treatment. We are not fragile nor prone to complain or write reviews, even for noticeable yet infrequent lapses in service, order errors or food quality, humans will be human, perfection not demanded. During a single pizza take-out order, her belligerent, abrupt and hostile manner was so off-putting that proactive contact with the owner is warranted (plus considering similar reviews). Not fond of the overused practice, we recommend they record order calls for Training & Quality Control Purposes to improve customer interaction skills. "Our reputation, patronage and your paycheck originate with customers walking in our doors and order calls we receive." Wishing you success correcting inexplicably rude, confrontational and near-hostile behavior. (Billings Village Inn)

Amazing pizza

We have eaten here forever however I think we are done!! An icon it is but it's dirty, rundown and in disrepair. Ever single booth seat is torn and taped. Sidewalk is FULL of weeds and everything outside looks like the ghetto!!Lettuce on salad bar (if you want to call it that) is always gross. Put some of your profits back into your business and have some pride in your icon!👎

Village Inn Pizza is one of the best places to get pizza in Billings. I like their thin crust, lots of toppings, and super flavor!!!
