Last time I went there was grease on the floor and napkins laying around. Food is KFC what else? Not particularly friendly or accommodating.

I went inside the store and ordered two carry out meals. Both carry out meals ordered were 3 piece chicken with 2 sides and a biscuit.
One of the meals only had 2 pieces of chicken, and only one side. There was a cookie in the box, which wasn't ordered.
The other meal also only had 2 pieces of chicken, and had a cookie I didn't order (my wife is diabetic).
I didn't check my order before leaving the store, because there was only one other customer and so not busy. I thought it would be correct because it wasn't a busy time.
The cashier was nice, not her fault.
My order number was 0226 on May 30.
