It takes a lot for me to complain and I've even some seriously bad food before but this is something else.
Saturday evening. One table occupied in restaurant and they already had their meals.
Ordered the crepes.. Burnt to the point of being rubbery almost zero filling and the filling there was was complete dried out from over cooking.
Eggs Benedict as well. Instead of poached Eggs they were basically hard boiled. There wasn't even enough hollindaise sauce to cover one egg.
Cooks need to put their phone down focus on cooking. There is no excuse.
Take some pride in your work. If not get a job you like.
I feel like it was a complete Waste of money. No wonder one table is occupied on a Saturday nite. Shameful.
