During my recent visit to Blue Canyon, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding food and warm atmosphere. The elk meatballs and the mushroom sausage soup were highlights, while my filet with perfectly seasoned veggies was cooked to perfection. The attentive service made the experience even better, and I can't wait to return for another meal.
