My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic night out at Carbone, and the ambiance was perfect for our date. The service was exceptional, with staff like Athena and Dion making us feel welcomed and ensuring our experience was memorable. While the prices were a bit steep, particularly for my bone-in NY strip, the overall dining experience, from the delicious food to the lively atmosphere, made it worthwhile.

Best Dover Sole ever!!! In fact the best fish
Dish I have ever ordered. Artisticly deboned table side, amazing!!! Table side Caesars salad was excellent. Service was flawless.
