I recently visited Cherry Hills Sushi for lunch and was immediately drawn in by the vibrant atmosphere. The counter service setup allowed me to watch the skilled chef in action, which added to the experience. The spicy scallop Temaki stood out as my favorite dish, offering a perfect balance of heat and flavor.
