I discovered Gallo Pelon recently and was pleasantly surprised by the unique atmosphere and delicious food and drinks. The rooftop bar and courtyard with string lights create a charming setting for a night out, and the variety of Mezcal cocktails make it a must-visit for any tequila lover.
