This food truck is a must-visit for BBQ lovers in Springfield - their ribs are absolutely mouthwatering! Located on West Wabash Ave in the Joanne Fabrics parking lot, Gilly's BBQ serves up some of the best BBQ I've ever had. From the tender pulled pork to the flavorful brisket and delicious sauce, every bite is a taste of perfection!

Best BBQ around if you don't try it you are missing out. Baked beans are great also
