Ricas Pupusas truly delivers authentic Salvadoran flavors that instantly reminded me of my childhood, especially with their pupusas revueltas and de loroco, yuca frita with chicharrón, and handmade tortillas. The owner even took the time to show us the traditional way to enjoy the food, and my Salvadoran wife gave her full approval, which says a lot. Despite being a small and unassuming spot, the fresh, made-to-order dishes and friendly service keep me coming back regularly, even if it means a 30-minute drive.
