At first glance, this little health haven might not wow you, but once you taste those freshly made smoothies and dig into the flavorful vegan and non-vegan dishes, you'll be hooked. The staff greet you like long-lost friends and whip up each meal with care and knowledge about nutrition that makes you feel like you're getting a masterclass with every bite. Between the generous portions, reasonable prices, and genuine southern hospitality, this is where healthy eating becomes a downright delicious adventure.

Although the location may not be very attractive, the experience is definitely worth it. The freshly made smoothies were delicious and the service was exceptional.

The food here is old and goes back and forth to the steam table for months at a time. Food here is not fresh.

Nutritious alternatives, happen to be the cleanest restaurant I've ever dined at, the staff is friendly and accommodating....Kudos, to them I'll definately be back soon!!!
