The food from this truck is absolutely delicious, and the guy running it is super friendly. My husband and I finally decided to stop by after passing it so many times, and we loved the churrí¡squillo sandwich; it was huge and packed with flavor, though I wish it had a bit more cabbage and cheese. Everything is made to order, so there's a bit of a wait, but it's totally worth it for the fresh and tasty dishes they serve.
