The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, with friendly staff and tasty drinks. However, the bartender's pushiness about tips put a slight damper on an otherwise enjoyable experience. Despite that, the overall vibe and location made it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a few hours in Portland.
