I finally checked out Roost Chicken & Biscuits after hearing so much buzz, and the chicken definitely lived up to the hype-crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The biscuits were insanely flaky and delicious, making it clear they put some magic into baking them. Service was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better, though I did have a minor hiccup with a missing pickle and mac and cheese in my takeout order.
