My husband ordered wings this morning for pick up at 3 o’clock for the game. He gets there and they’re told that they are behind and that they are working on orders placed from 2:45pm, it’s now 5 o’clock during the Super Bowl and he is still waiting for his order. I tell him to cancel the order and that we go somewhere else. He goes inside and asked them is there a way for him to get a refund and they tell him that they can’t process it right now and that he should just call later. He says that he did call number and they said they had to shut down the phone lines. He asked if there’s someway for them to reach a manager and they tell him that they don’t release personal information. So no food and he’s missed half of the game and no refund?
