I have frequented this hotel and have always enjoyed the cozy bar area known as Winstons. Following a recent renovation, the atmosphere has improved significantly, making me eager to return on my next trip to San Francisco. If you're a guest at the King George Hotel, I highly suggest stopping by for a drink, especially during their daily happy hour from 5:00pm-6:00pm where you can enjoy $2 off your drinks. The bartender, Luis, was not only friendly but also offered great recommendations for local attractions. My complimentary drink for checking in was a nice touch, and the reasonable prices made it a perfect place to kick off the evening. I will definitely make a point to visit Winstons again during my future stays at the King George Hotel. The welcoming ambiance and friendly patrons create a laid-back environment that is perfect for unwinding with a drink.
