Thanks to the PBS Kids app, my three-year-old was curious about trying halo halo, so we made a trip to the closest spot I could find and ended up really enjoying the interesting dessert. The vibe is small and more geared toward grab-and-go, with lots of people picking up drinks, food, and desserts, which kept my preschooler and me happy. Whenever I'm in the area, I love stopping by for their delicious Vietnamese sandwiches, boba, and treats like Buko pandan and mango bingsu-they never disappoint!

My preschooler was eager to try halo halo after watching a show on the PBS kids app. We ended up at this cozy spot that served it up just right. The vibe was more grab-and-go than sit-down, but the bustling energy and tasty treats made for a fun outing. It's now our go-to for Vietnamese fast food fix - the avocado smash is a must-try!
