Over-priced and underwhelming.
1) Although I got a seat at the counter right away and my order was taken quickly, it took a while for the food to arrive.
2) While waiting for the food and while consuming the food, I was facing the bartender who kept chewing his gum with an open mouth flashing his teeth. It was disgusting to watch him and I tried to keep busy with my phone and the TV. I guess he must have been one of the owners because as his boss I would not tolerate such display of bad manners.
3) Food: I tried the Gypsy Schnitzel and was disappointed. The intention and the recipe suffered from bad and slow service. The Schnitzel itself could have been pounded a few more times to better resemble a typical Schnitzel (very very thin). The breading must have been nice and crispy before it got soggy with the sauce and waiting for service. The sightly spicy sauce was the best. I had the ripped potatoes and 1/2 of them were pretty good - the rest was overly burnt/fried to eat.
Now, this was on a Saturday evening. Maybe, on a more quiet day and if I don't have to face this gum-chewing dork, I will give the pizza a try. They say it's a 'European style' pizza but I have not inquired yet if they make their own dough. Not sure if I can work up the courage to give them another chance.
